This loft conversion in Chelmsford, Essex, was definitely all about the luxury and the glamour. The client wanted to make sure that their loft conversion was absolutely everything that they needed and then some more on the top of that.

One of the main words that the client wanted to portray with this project was luxury and we knew that the best way to do this was to add some smaller touches that equalled one large and dramatic transformation.

The loft conversion compromised of a master bedroom, a dressing room area and an en-suite bathroom. One of the main focal points of the entire space had to be the beautiful exposed staircase that led into the large and spacious bedroom. However, we also loved the addition of the defined dressing room space, which was something that the client was incredibly keen to have.

We also created a large en-suite bathroom, which has a modern feel before moving on to create a juliette balcony, which not only looks great in the space, but also ensures that plenty of light is brought into the room too.
