The client wanted to make sure that the ground floor of their property felt as open as it could. In order to do this, they wanted a complete re-configuration of the property. The re-design transformed the kitchen into a space with a breakfast bar, which was ideal for social time as well as an open plan lounge, which added into the light and spacious feel of this home.

Not only did we re-design the ground floor in this property, but we also added in a loft conversion too. This conversion was to create a spacious master bedroom, that continued the idea of open plan living, along with an en-suite. This was created using Velux windows, allowing for the maximum light to enter the room.
